In January 2021, Encōr awarded a huge workforce of top performers with an all expenses paid trip to an all inclusive resort on the beach in Cancun, Mexico. This is known as our annual Encōr Elite Trip, where the best performers in every office in the nation are exclusively invited. Based on performance, many were able to bring friends and family along with them. Jaw dropping and luxurious gifts were given at a beautiful awards ceremony diner at the beachside resort. The trip was packed with activities such as snorkeling in famous “cenotes” in the jungle, diving with sharks, riding wave runners, and so much more. Games and entertainment abounded through out the long, well-earned getaway where every night the team and leadership got together for laughs and mingling. Friendships formed, knowledge was shared, and life long memories were made. Everyone there was beyond excited to be a part of the Encōr tribe and anxious to hit the ground running as soon as they got home so they could be invited back for next year’s new location.
